Because each canvas is custom printed and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations after the artwork has been produced.

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged area

• The full product

• The packaging

If the damage is confirmed, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
